At Kallioinen companies, both members of our own organization and external parties can use the whistleblowing form to report suspected misconduct. The suspicion reported can involve a member of our own organization, as well as a client, supplier, or other stakeholder partner.
Reports can be submitted in cases such as bribery, favoritism, altering information, misuse of company benefits, threats or coercion, misuse of official position, conflicts of interest, etc.
All reports and suspicions are handled with the utmost confidentiality by authorized personnel only. The whistleblower remains anonymous to the person suspected of misconduct. If you wish, you can submit your report anonymously, but in that case, we cannot ask for additional information related to the report if needed.
